Business Card as a Brand
If you think that your business card doesn't contribute to your brand
value, then you are under estimating your cards reach and appeal. Your
business card is likely the best distributed branding and promotional
tool that you have. You give it away, prospects and customers keep it.
And they keep it for years!

your business card. No more than 3 elements,
3 fonts and 3 colours. Don’t
let your design overwhelm
your message.
- Keep
it Organized - Do you need to
have every mailing address and phone
number on your card. Include
only the important information.
- Use
both Sides - The back of business
card should contain
more information about what you
do, how you can help or maybe even
a discount.
- Use
a logo -
Visual Branding works – just
ask McDonald, Coke, Nike!
Spend the time
and money in developing
a strong visual brand.
- Make
sure it's readable - Not all fonts are equal. Some are readable,
and some are just pretty. Make sure that information on your card is
legible.
- Hand
them out - For your business
card to work, you have to hand them
out. Want
a card from
a potential client, offer them
your card first.
Your business card may be the smallest
piece of your marketing program, but
it is the one prospects will hold
on to the longest.
