Construction Labour Relations Assoc. of BC

The Construction Labour Relations Association of BC (CLR) represents unionized employers in British Columbia’s industrial, commercial, and institutional construction sectors. Through collective bargaining, advocacy, education, and industry partnerships, CLR works to foster productive labour relations and support the success of both employers and employees. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, CLR provides its members with the tools, resources, and representation needed to build a stronger, more competitive construction industry in BC.

CLR runs several events per year. By adding custom programming to their WordPress website, they save money and reduce risk by not using third-party event websites. Because they are able to customize to their needs, it also save staff time dealing with specific details.

Honeycomb Creative developed a custom event integration for CLR’s website that streamlines the registration and sponsorship process. The new system allows sponsors to select specific elements of an event to support, while attendees can personalize their registration by choosing meals (including dietary preferences) and optional activities. So far, CLR has used the this custom integration for their annual golf tournament and their AGM. This programming delivers a seamless, user-friendly experience for participants and dramatically simplifies event management for CLR.
