Making a case for easier case studies.

Most companies have great projects. They just never get around to writing about them.

It’s not a priority problem. It’s a friction problem. Someone has to gather the details, write the copy, send it to the developer, wait, review it, ask for changes, wait again. By then, three more projects have come and gone.

We built something different into Octaform’s website.

Their team fills out a set of prompts — project overview, location, industry, client quote, photos, outcomes, and partners. Add what you have. Skip what you don’t. The page formats itself. Including a gallery that looks good, no matter how many images you include.

No developer. No formatting decisions. No waiting.

The result is a project library that actually gets used. Including a case study about a trout farm in Fukushima, Japan — tracing a relationship that started in 2006, survived a major earthquake in 2011, and is still going.

That story would never have been told if someone had to wrestle with a page builder to tell it.
